When it comes to designing a training program, we take a comprehensive and goal-specific approach to best-suit each client. There are no “cookie-cutter” workouts. We understand the importance of customization and focus on making your sessions as individualized as you are! Proper form and technique are at the core of our training paradigm. Each session, whether it’s your first or your hundredth, will have an emphasis on how to safely and properly perform each exercise. Form is never sacrificed for weight or intensity. One-on-one personal training sessions are offered in both 30- and 60-minute sessions. The session frequency is usually 2-3 days per week.
