Competition prep is a service we offer to those looking to compete in Fitness, Bodybuilding, physique, and modeling competitions. Within this package, we include assistance in workouts, diet plans, posing practice, and clothing selection. This also can apply to those looking to get in shape for a particular event such as a wedding or a photoshoot.

Fascial Stretch

Our trainers are certified in Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST). FST is a special technique that can be included in your training session, or added as a separate 30-60 minute session. You work with one of the trainers who guides your body through specific movement patterns to release adhesions in your fascia. Fascia is the connective tissue all courses throughout the human body. Most muscle aches can are not actually in the muscle but in the fascia. For example, ever hear of plantar fasciitis? Ever hear of people who have plantar fasciitis that also have neck pain? Well the plantar FASCIA runs from the bottom of the foot all the way up to your neck. FST can alleviate any fascial sticking that can be causing you pain, discomfort, and improper body mechanics. FST helps create better mobility and often helps reduce or even eliminate many pain and problems people deal with on a daily basis.

Fitness Consultation

Fitness Consultation

A fitness consultation is required before any personal training package can begin. During the consultation, you and your trainer will discuss your goals and expectations. Measurements such as body fat percentage and weight are taken as well as “before” pictures. Based on these findings, our trainers can make properly educated and specific recommendations regarding your aerobic and anaerobic workouts, nutritional improvements, and training frequency. However, fitness consultations continue throughout your experience at The Body Stop Studio. As you make progress, your trainer will evaluate and reevaluate your plan to facilitate continued success and avoid a plateau. 

Small Group Training

Small Group Training

Small group training ranges anywhere from 2 to 8 people. The group training is structured similarly to the one-on-one sessions, but with a larger amount of people. There is no set schedule or specific fitness classes. It is specific to the goals of the overall group.

One-on-One Training

One-on-One Training

One on one personal training sessions are offered in both 30 and 60 minute time increments. The session frequency is usually 2-3 days per week. At The Body Shop Studio, we take a comprehensive and goal-specific approach to best suit each and every client. You will not find “cookie-cutter” workouts as we understand the importance of individuality, focusing your session on what YOU require to perform better. Form is at the core of our training paradigm. Each session, whether it’s your first or your one-hundred and first session will emphasize education on how to PROPERLY perform each exercise. Form is never sacrificed for amount of weight or intensity. This helps ensure a safe, productive, and successful training environment. You are the priority.
