Quick and Easy Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are a time efficient, well-balanced and delicious meal. What more can you ask for!

This recipe is also an easy way to add some chia seeds into your life. Chia seeds are classified as one of the healthiest foods on the planet and are loaded with nutrients yet they are low calorie. They have a high fiber and high omega-3 content, as well as a notable amount of calcium, magnesium and other antioxidants.

The beauty of overnight oats is that when left to sit overnight, the oats and the chia will soak up all the liquid ingredients and turn into a yummy, cakey snack that is easy to grab-and-go in the morning. The fiber and protein content will keep you feeling full!

*** Note that you can substitute the protein powder for 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt or use a plant-based protein to make it vegan/vegetarian.


  1. Place all your ingredients in a mason jar or small tupperware and gentle stir all ingredients together.

  2. Place in refrigerate to let set overnight (here’s where the magic happens).
