Chickpeas and Lentils Meal Prep

Chickpeas and Lentils


1 can chick peas rinsed and drained
1 sweet onion, chopped
1 glove garlic, chopped
1 cup lentils, cooked
2 tbsp cumin
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1-2 tbsp olive oil
parsley for garnish, optional

Cook lentils according to package and set aside. Drain and rinse beans. Place olive oil in sauté pan with garlic. Add in onions and cook until translucent. Mix in beans with spices for 3-5 minutes. Add lentils to bean mixture and combine for 2-3 minutes. Place on top of your favorite meal prep side!
